SOFTBALL COACHING AND COMPLIANCE INTERN
Montclair State University seeks a Softball Coaching and Compliance Intern. This position reports directly to the Head Softball Coach/Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance. Duties involve assisting in all aspects of the organization and administration of the softball program. This includes: practice planning and preparation, game day preparation and coaching, recruiting, trip planning, fundraising, alumni activities, monitoring equipment, and other duties related to the conduct of the varsity softball program. In the compliance area, the intern will assist in the compliance and eligibility process for 17 Division III athletic teams. This involves NCAA and New Jersey Athletic Conference rules and regulations. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and experience in playing and/or coaching softball. Additionally, candidates must be comfortable with Microsoft office programs and general office operations. Seeking an individual who is able to multi-task and who is reliable and responsible in the workplace.  This position is considered part-time. There is an opportunity for the intern to take graduate courses if accepted to the graduate school. OSPREY FANS SPORTS MARKETING COORDINATOR (PART-TIME)
The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey invites applications for Osprey Fans Sports Marketing Coordinator, a 10 month part-time position.  Responsibilities: Cultivate the development and implementation of the Osprey Fans (OFANS) intercollegiate sports boosters program, work in conjunction with the coaching staff in aiding in the promotion of alumni intercollegiate sporting events, this position requires some weekends and evenings, coordinate and schedule parent/guardian mailings and provide assistance for game day activities and special athletics events, facilitate the creation of marketing and promotional media in conjunction with the Sports Information and Marketing Coordinator
as it relates to the branding of the College’s intercollegiate sports program,   adheres to rules and regulations of the College, Office of Athletics and Recreation, National Collegiate Athletic Association, Eastern College Athletic Association and the New Jersey Athletic Conference - an athletics staff member found to be in violation of these rules and regulations may be subject to disciplinary or corrective actions including but not limited to those set forth in the National Collegiate Athletic Association enforcement procedures, act as liaison with Office of Development and Alumni Relations in athletic department fundraising initiatives, perform other duties assigned by the Associate Director of Athletics, Director of Athletic Operations and the Dean of Athletics and Recreational Programs and Services, and/or the Vice President for Student Affairs. MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATION INTERN
