OSPREYS TO FACE FOUR NJAC FOES AT PROFESSIONAL PARK

The Atlantic City Surf professional baseball franchise announced on March 31 that the Richard Stockton baseball team will play six regular season contests on four different dates at Sandcastle Stadium during the 2004 season.

On April 10, Stockton will play a doubleheader against Kean at the Sandcastle at Noon. Other Stockton games scheduled for Atlantic City's professional park include an April 16 meeting with Rutgers-Camden at 3:30 PM, an April 22 match-up with Rowan University at 3:30 PM, and an April 24 doubleheader with William Paterson at Noon.

"The fact that we are teaming up with the Surf is very exciting for us," said Larry James, the Dean of Athletics and Recreational Programs and Services for Richard Stockton. "I think that this will enhance the quality and competitiveness of our team. We enjoy being a part of America's favorite pastime and we are very grateful to be given this opportunity."

"We are pleased that Stockton will be able to showcase its baseball program at our stadium," said Mario Perrucci, General Manager of the Atlantic City Surf. "Stockton has been a loyal, supportive marketing partner of ours for a few years and we hope to keep building on the strong relationship we have with one another."
