 JACKSON NAMED HEAD WOMEN'S & MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY
AND TRACK & FIELD COACH AT RAMAPO


FORMER NORTHEASTERN ASSISTANT TO LEAD THE ROADRUNNER PROGRAM


On August 20, R
amapo College Athletic Director Eugene Marshall, Jr. announced the appointment of Michael Jackson as head coach of women’s and men’s cross country and track and field.   

Jackson is a 2004 graduate of Northeastern University where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration. He was a four-year member and captain of the Northeastern track and field team where he earned All-Conference honors while participating in the 4x100 meter relay. After completing his eligibility, he served as an assistant coach at Northeastern during the 2003-2004 season.

Prior to his collegiate career, Jackson was an All-County sprinter in the 55-meter. He was undefeated during his junior year at Hackensack High School. He holds a school record for the indoor 200-meter and as a member of the Hackensack High School 4x100 meter relay. Jackson was named team Most Valuable Player during his senior year.
