Rowan junior right-hander Tyler Dempsey was named the league’s Fireman of the Year. Dempsey currently is tied for the conference lead in saves with five on the season. Against NJAC competition, he was 1-1 with a 1.50 earned run average. He finished conference play tied for the lead in saves (3), while ranking fourth in the league in opponent batting average (.186).

Kean freshman designated hitter Mike Shymanski was tabbed NJAC Rookie of the Year. A second-team all-conference selection and a three-time NJAC Rookie of the Year pick during the season, Shymanski started all 40 regular season games for Kean, hitting .381 with nine doubles, one triple, one home run, and 33 RBI.

William Paterson head coach Jeff Albies was named NJAC Coach of the Year after leading the Pioneers to the top seed in the NJAC Tournament and a share of the conference regular season championship.
