ROWAN WOMEN'S BASKETBALL TO TEAM WITH WBCA
TO PROMOTE CANCER AWARENESS

FANS ASKED TO WEAR PINK TO PROFS JANUARY 27 GAME AGAINST NJCU

The Rowan University women’s basketball team and the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) will be showing support for all individuals who are battling cancer during the last weekend in January.

Fans attending Rowan’s New Jersey Athletic Conference game against New Jersey City University on January 27 at 1:00 PM will receive a pink wristband and donations will be accepted with all proceeds benefiting cancer research. Coaches, players and fans are asked to show their support for the event by wearing pink to the game. 

Schools throughout the country and the WBCA are joining together to educate, create awareness and motivate everyone to learn about cancer prevention. The WBCA, the American Cancer Society and Rowan University would like to thank you in advance for your generosity and support.
