STOCKTON'S FUSSNER ELECTED
TO THE ATLANTIC CITY |

Fussner served as the
head girls basketball coach for the Vikings from 1974-81, winning two
Group IV state championships, four South Jersey titles and seven Cape
Atlantic League crowns in the process. He returned to the high school
ranks as the head boys coach at Atlantic City from 1988-95. During that
time, Fussner amassed a 144-24 record and won the Cape Atlantic League
championship six times.
Currently in his 15th
season as the head women’s basketball coach at Stockton, Fussner boasts a
career record of 238-154 on the college level. He has led the Ospreys to
two New Jersey Athletic Conference championships (2000, 2005) and four
NCAA tournament berths (1984, 2000, ’05, ’06). Fussner’s teams have won at
least 18 games in six of the last seven seasons, including a school-record
