| Flannery batted .437 (7-16) with 6 RBI and 5 runs scored this week in leading the Cougars to their first NJAC title. In the first round Flannery went 2-4 with three runs scored and then against TCNJ in the second round he smacked the bases loaded double that plated three runs and lifted the Cougars to a 5-4 victory. In the championship game he added two hits in four at bats with one RBI and two runs scored. | Led the Cougars

being staked to a seven run lead Bucchignano kept the dangerous Pioneer
lineup at bay and went eight innings and struck out six batters to
improve his record to 6-3. |

Della Volpe was the table setter for the Cougars this past weekend. He had a 3-for- 4 day with two RBI and two runs scored in a 14-4 victory over William Paterson in the first game of the NJAC tournament. He then concluded the weekend with a one hit in three at bats with two runs scored in the championship game. |
The rookie righthander made two starts on the week and went 2-0, including the win over Rutgers-Camden that sent TCNJ to the title game of the NJAC tournament. He posted a 2.40 ERA on the week with 15 strikeouts, limiting the opposition to a .217 average at the plate. He is now 6-0 for the year. |
