OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK  

Jen Soss, Montclair State University
Sophomore, Midfielder
Hamilton, NJ/Steinert

Soss opened her sophomore season by tallying five points in the first week of action for the Red Hawks. She first tallied one goal and one assist in Montclair's season-opening 3-1 victory over Scranton. She wrapped up the week by notching the game-winning goal in a 3-2 win over Washington College. The Red Hawks return to action on September 10 when they travel to face Catholic. 

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK  

Stephanie Doherty, Rowan University
Junior, Goaltender
Mt. Holly, NJ/Rancocas Valley Regional

In the Profs first contest of the season, Doherty recorded seven saves in Rowan's 1-0 overtime road victory at Wesley. The Profs return to action on September 8 when they host Wilkes.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK  

Lindsay Hellwig, Ramapo College
Freshman, Attacker
Budd Lake, NJ/Mt. Olive

Hellwig tallied three goals during the week as the Roadrunners opened the season with two victories. She recorded all three scores in Ramapo's season-opening 6-0 win at Marywood. Hellwig was then instrumental in Ramapo's 2-0 road victory at Wells. The Roadrunners return to action on September 8 when they host King's.
