The Red Hawk women traveled to Sellinsgrove, PA to compete at the Susquehanna Invitational on January 20. Sophomore Hashan Johnson finished third in the long jump with a mark of 5.31 meters.
 
The Red Hawk men competed at the Susquehanna Invitational on January 20. Senior Osei Bonsu captured first place in the 55 meter hurdles with a time of 7.94. Freshman Lamar Crew placed third in both the 55 meter 200 meter dashes with respective times of 6.69 and 23.20.

The Gothic Knight women traveled to Sellinsgrove, PA to compete at the Susquehanna Invitational on January 20. Senior Diana Lawson, a three-time First-Team All-American, captured the championship in the 55 meter dash with a time of 7.01 - the second fastest time in Division III history. Lawson's winning time broke the track record at the Garrett Sports Complex, and ranks only behind her own NCAA Division III record mark of 6.98 set in her freshman year of 2001. NJCU sophomore Andrea Herbert bested a 44-runner field in the 200 meter dash to win the event in a time of 25.98. Senior Angela Gray and junior Sandra Bethea finished second and fifth in the 200 with respective finishing times of 26.08 and 27.25. Herbert also placed second in the triple jump with a mark of 11.16 meters - the second longest leap in Division III this season. The Gothic Knight men competed at the Susquehanna Invitational on January 20. Sophomore Jonnie Taylor placed third in the high jump with a mark of 6 feet, 4 inches. Taylor also set an NJCU school record in the 55-meter hurdles with a second place finish in a time of 8.03. Freshman Hyron Griffith placed third in the long mump with a mark of 6.70 meters, while freshman Marvin Joseph placed fifth in the 200 meter dash with a time of 23.63. Freshman Chris Smiga placed seventh in the 800 meters with a time of 2:05.63, while sophomore Jose Camacho placed 15th in the 200 meter dash with a time of 24.18.

The Osprey women traveled to compete at the Haverford Invitational on January 24. Senior Kim Marino finished first in the pole vault with a successful attempt at 12 feet, 3 inches. With her vault, Marino automatically qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships, where she will defend her 2003 national title. Junior Jessica Caccamo captured first place in the shot put with a throw of 39 feet, 11 inches, while freshman Audra Schappell placed second with a toss of 39 feet, 5 inches. The Osprey men traveled to Haverford, PA to compete in the Haverford Invitational on January 24. Freshman Andrew O'Connor placed second in the pole vault with a mark of 14 feet, while sophomore Jake Owens placed fourth with a mark of 13 feet, 6 inches.

The Lion women spit their squad and competed at both the Princeton Invitational and Haverford Invitational on January 24. At Princeton, the Lion 4x400 relay team of sophomore Brittny Boyd, sophomore Kate Powell, freshman Angela Tecco and sophomore Tiffany Clark placed third with an NCAA Division III provisional qualifying time of 4:00.90. Clark finished fifth in the 400 meters with a time of 59.50, while freshman Khristelle Manuyag placed fourth in the 60 meter dash with a time of 8.04. Sophomore Jen Furchak placed eighth in the long jump with a mark of 5.07 meters, while freshman Erica Dardaganis placed sixth in the high jump with a mark of 1.50 meters. Freshman Elyse Mitchell placed sixth in the pole vault with a leap of 2.90 meters, while sophomore Erika Huggler placed sixth in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 9.65. At Haverford, senior Beth Vesey won the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:06. Vesey also posted a personal best time of 4:43.91 in the 1,500 meter hurdles for a third place finish. Senior Lindsay Scarborough took fourth in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:46, while senior Erin Cahill placed fifth with a time of 10:50. Sophomore Kara Horner placed sixth in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:56.9. The Lion men split their squad and competed at both the Princeton Invitational and Haverford Invitational on January 24. At Princeton, senior Kevin Semanick placed second in the 400 meters with a time of 50.47. Semanick also teamed with junior Tim Wilson, freshman Paul Descepola and sophomore Mike Stomiany for a third place finish in the 4x400 relay in an NCAA provisional qualifying time of 3:19.94. The TCNJ team of junior Chad Williams, freshman Ed Young, freshman Cory Schoonover and sophomore Alan Kotteles placed second in the shuttle hurdles with a time of 31:14. Sophomore Steve Andrews posted a fourth place finish in the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.02, while senior Andrew Bordieri placed fourth in the 800 meters in a time of 1:58.22. Junior Ed Marlon placed fifth in the high jump with a mark of 1.91 meters, while sophomore Chris Tranchina placed fourth in the shot put with a throw of 14.78 meters. At Haverford, the TCNJ 4x400 meter relay team of junior Bill Vogel, freshman Jeff Zodda, freshman Dave dos Santos and sophomore Matt Randal placed fifth with a time of 3:34.00. Zodda captured fourth place in the 800 meters with a time of 1:57.58, while dos Santos placed eighth in the 800 meters with a time of 2:03.27. Junior Matt Molski placed fourth in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:07.35, while senior Brian Brach placed fifth in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:01.00.
