The Gothic Knight women traveled to Collegeville, PA to compete at the ECAC Championships hosted by Ursinus on March 3-4. NJCU placed 11th overall among 39 scoring institutions. Senior Denay Caldwell
placed second in the 55 Meter Hurdles with a time of 8.49, and was part of the 4x200 Meter Relay team which placed second with a time of 1:45.68. Also competing on the relay were senior Andrea Herbert, freshman Ebony Barnes, and freshman Ellysha Delva. Herbert placed sixth in the triple jump with a mark of 10.94 meters, and also placed eighth in the 55 Meter Dash with a time of 7.42. Barnes placed seventh in the 200 Meter Dash with a time of 26.56. Delva placed 14th in the long jump with a leap of 4.80 meters.  
The Gothic Knight men traveled to Collegeville, PA to compete at the ECAC Championships hosted by Ursinus on March 3-4. NJCU scored 96 points and beat a field of 44 scoring institutions to capture the first ECAC championship in indoor track and field in school history. The Gothic Knights placed the top four athletes in the 200 Meter Dash, as sophomore Anthony Miles, sophomore Thomas Hunter, junior Anthony Campbell and junior Terry Pearson placed first, second, third and fourth respectively. NJCU also placed three in the top four of the 55 Meter Dash as Miles, Hunter, and sophomore Ronald Hussey placed first, third and fourth respectively. The NJCU 4x200 Meter Relay team of Hunter, Hussey, Miles, and Campbell placed first with an ECAC record time of 1:27.60. The Gothic Knight 4x400 Meter Relay team of Hunter, Miles, Pearson, and Campbell placed second with a school-record time of 3:16.86. Miles placed first in three events, including the 4x200 relay. He won the ECAC championship in the 55 Meter Dash with a time of 6.33. In the 200 Meter Dash, Miles placed first with a time of 21.95. Hunter placed third in the 55 Meter Dash with a time of 6.41, and placed second in the 200 Meters with a time of 22.05. Hunter also placed fifth in the 400 Meters with a a time of 50.10. Campbell won the 500 Meters with a time of 1:04.30.

The Osprey women traveled to Collegeville, PA to compete at the ECAC Championships hosted by Ursinus on March 3-4. The Ospreys placed 10th in the 36-team field wth 24 points. Junior Lisa Chatman placed first in the pentathlon with a score of 3,369 points. Chatman also placed seventh in the long jump with a mark of 5.07 meters, while junior Audra Schappell placed fourth in the shot put with a throw of 12.14 meters. Senior Kathleen McAlarnen and junior Katie Dirkes placed fifth and seventh respectively in the weight throws with marks of 14.29 and 13.91 meters.   The Osprey men traveled to Collegeville, PA to compete at the ECAC Championships hosted by Ursinus on March 3-4. The Ospreys placed 19th in the 42-team event with a team score of 14 points. Senior Jake Owens placed first in the pole vault with a mark of 4.70 meters. Freshman Chris Huch placed fifth in the high jump with a leap of 1.89 meters.
