Bonelli earns NJAC Track Athlete of the Week honors for the second time this season after being named the Most Outstanding Female Athlete at the 2006-07 NJAC Championships held at the John Bennett Indoor Athletic Complex in Toms River. She captured first place in a field of 14 competitors in the 200 meters with a winning time of 26.96. She also placed first in a field of seven competitors in the 400 meters with a time of 1:00.18. She also was a member of the Lion champion 4x200 meter relay team which posted a time of 1:48.49. Bonelli’s performances helped spark TCNJ to its 10th consecutive NJAC Indoor team championship.

DaCosta earns NJAC Field Athlete of the Week honors for the second time this season after being named the Outstanding Field Athlete at the 2006-07 NJAC Championships held at the John Bennett Indoor Athletic Center in Toms River. She placed first in a field of nine competitors in the triple jump with a winning leap of 10.29 meters. She also placed second in a field of nine competitors in the high jump with a leap of 1.56 meters. DaCosta’s performances helped the Roadrunners place third as a team in the seven-team championship.

Shepherd earns NJAC Rookie honors for the third time this season and the second consecutive week after competing at the 2006-07 NJAC Championships held at the John Bennett Indoor Athletic Center in Toms River. She defeated a field of nine competitors to place first in the high jump with a winning leap of 1.63 meters. Shepherd’s performance helped propel the Ospreys to a second place finish in the seven-team championship.
