Grant earns NJAC Player honors
after averaging 18.3 points and 5.3 rebounds per game in a 2-1 week for
the Lions. He first tallied 28 points on 11of-21 shooting from the field
in TCNJ's season-opening 67-45 road win over NJAC-rival Rowan to snap a
10-game Lion losing streak against the Profs. He next added 13 points and
11 points in the Lions' 83-54 win over Old Westbury in the first round of
the Gallaudet Holiday Tournament. He wrapped up the week by notching 14
points in TCNJ's 69-68 loss to Albright in the Gallaudet Tournament
championship game. TCNJ's 14th ranked all-time career scorer with 1,057
points, he was selected to the Gallaudet All-Tournament team. Grant
currently ranks tied for third in the NJAC in scoring with an average of
18.3 points per game. |

McGee earns
NJAC Rookie honors after averaging 14.0 points and 2.5 steals per game in
a 1-1 week for the Pioneers. He first tallied five points, one assist and
one steal in William Paterson's 68-64 NJAC-opening loss to Kean. He
wrapped up the week by notching 23 points on 10-of-11 shooting from the
field, while adding five rebounds, three assists and four steals in the
Pioneers' 77-64 non-conference win over New Jersey City. In the two
contests combined, he shot .857 from the field. McGee currently ranks tied
for third in the NJAC in scoring with an average of 18.3 points per game. |
