Coles becomes the first Cougar to win an NJAC weekly men's basketball award during the 2004-05 season after averaging 24.0 points and 8.5 rebounds per game while shooting .633 from the field in a 2-0 week for Kean. He first tallied 23 points on 7-of-10 shooting from the field, while adding six rebounds in Kean's 56-54 NJAC road victory at William Paterson. He wrapped up the week by notching a double-double 25 points and 11 rebounds in the Cougars' 83-66 conference road win at Rutgers-Camden. Coles currently ranks ninth in the NJAC in scoring with an average of 14.9 points per game.

Byrnes earns NJAC Rookie honors for the fifth time this season and the third consecutive week after averaging 20.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game in a 1-1 week for the Profs. He first notched 14 points and five rebounds in Rowan's 75-54 NJAC road loss to TCNJ. He wrapped up the week by tallying 27 points, six rebounds, and two steals in Rowan's key 89-75 conference victory over Ramapo. Byrnes currently ranks 10th in the NJAC in scoring with an average of 14.5 points per game.
