John earns the first NJAC Player of the Week selection
after being named the Most Valuable Player of the Emmanuel College Tip-Off
Tournament. He opened the season by tallying 26 points, six rebounds and
five steals in NJCU’s 90-77 opening round victory over Staten Island. He
wrapped up the tournament by notching a career-high 27 points on 10-of-15
shooting, while adding eight rebounds and two assists in the Gothic
Knights’ 91-76 championship game victory over Gwynedd-Mercy. John
currently leads the NJAC in scoring with an average of 26.5 points per
game. |

Miller earns the first NJAC Rookie of the Week honor
after averaging 11.5 points per game while shooting .563 from the field en
route to being named to the All-Tournament team at Lebanon Valley
College’s Rinso Marquette Tournament. He opened his collegiate career by
tallying 11 points and eight rebounds in MSU’s 55-53 opening round loss to
Hood. He wrapped up his first collegiate week by notching 12 points, seven
rebounds, and two steals in a 66-60 overtime consolation game loss to host
Lebanon Valley. Miller currently ranks 10th in the NJAC in rebounding with
an average of 7.5 boards per game. |
