Luber earns NJAC Offensive Player of the Week honors
after registering five points in a 1-1 week of non-conference action for
the Lions. He opened the week by tallying a goal and an assist for three
points in TCNJ’s 3-1 win over Drew. Just three days later, he scored
TCNJ’s lone goal on a penalty kick in the Lions’ 2-1 double-overtime loss
to three-time defending NCAA Division III Champion Messiah. His goal
against Messiah marked only the fifth score surrendered by the Falcons on
the season. Luber currently ranks fourth in the NJAC in points with 21 on
the season. |

Amato becomes the second different Scarlet Raptor to
earns NJAC Defensive Player of the Week honors after tallying four points
from his back position in a 2-1 week of play for Rutgers-Camden. Following
a 2-0 road loss at Philadelphia Bible, he notched three assists - just one
shy of the school single-game record - in the Raptors’ 5-3 non-conference
road win at Arcadia. He wrapped up the week by assisting on the
game-winning score while helping to hold the Scarlet Raiders to just four
shots on goal in Camden’s 1-0 NJAC victory over rival Rutgers-Newark.
Amato currently ranks tied for eighth in the NJAC in assists with five on
the season. |

Edelschein earns NJAC Rookie
of the Week honors after scoring four goals for eight points in a pair of
non-conference victories for the Red Hawks. He opened the week by notching
his first career hat trick with three goals in MSU’s 9-0 victory over
Mitchell. He wrapped up the week by scoring the game-winning goal in the
Red Hawks’ 1-0 non-conference win over Eastern. Edelschein currently ranks
tied for seventh in the NJAC in goals scored with seven on the season. |
