Kean posted a 12-4 victory over second-seeded Montclair State to
clinch the 2008 NJAC Baseball Tournament Championship on May 5. For
the Cougars, the win marked their second NJAC crown since 2002. Next
up for Kean, the opportunity to defend their National Championship
via the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament.....complete

Montclair State posted 1-0 and 6-1 victories over fourth-seeded TCNJ
to capture the 2008 NJAC Softball Tournament Championship on May 4. For the
Red Hawks, the win marked their first NJAC title in 11 years and
their third conference championship since 1989. Next up for MSU, an
appearance in the NCAA Division III National Championship Tournament

College of New Jersey men's and women's outdoor track and field
teams captured their 11th and 16th consecutive NJAC conference
crowns respectively at the 2008 NJAC Championships held at Richard Stockton

were selected as the NJAC Baseball Player and Pitcher of the Year
respectively for the 2008 season. Their selections highlighted the
34-member 2008 NJAC Baseball all-conference team that was announced on
May 1. All selections
were based on the merits of conference-only statistics and were made
by a vote of the league's 10 head coaches......complete
