MONTCLAIR---A goal by MSU senior back William Griffin in the 16th minute proved to be the only scoring as top-seeded Montclair State captured the 2009 NJAC Men's Soccer Championship with a 1-0 victory over third-seeded Rowan in the NJAC title match. The victory gave the Red Hawks their fourth consecutive NJAC crown, and their 10th conference title in program history.
Next up for MSU, and appearance in the NCAA Division III National Championship Tournament via the conference's automatic qualification.
