CORTLAND PERSONNEL TO PARTICIPATE IN INAUGURAL DIII FOOTBALL CLASSIC

CORTLAND, NY—SUNY Cortland senior defensive end Bryan Wiley, head coach Dan MacNeill, and assistant coaches Jason Rebrovich, Ola Adams and Jeff Beck will be participants in the inaugural Division III North/South Senior Football Classic in Salem, Virginia on December 5.


The 2009 New Jersey Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year, Wiley will be a member of the North squad in the contest, which will feature approximately 90 players from Division
III schools nationwide. MacNeill will serve as the North's defensive coordinator, with Rebrovich, Adams and Beck assisting him.


The game will be held at Salem Stadium, which has served as host site to the Amos Alonzo Stagg Bowl, the NCAA Division
III Championship Game, since 1993. The game is being conducted by the Collegiate Development Football League (CDFL).

 

The NJAC Offensive Player of the Year, Kean’s Jared Chunn is also scheduled to participate in the game, along with William Paterson first-team all-conference receiver Joel Rivera.
