Zodda earns NJAC Men’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the
Week honors for the second consecutive week after competing at the Larry
Ellis Invitational hosted by Princeton. He placed fifth in a field of 40
competitors in the 800 meters with an NCAA provisional time of 1:51.65 - a
mark that represented the third best time in Division III this season.
Zodda was the top Division III finisher in the event and the only member
of the Lions’ team to compete at Princeton. |

Bowser becomes the second different Prof to earn NJAC
Men’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week honors after competing at the
Collegiate Track Conference Championships hosted by DeSales in Center
Valley, PA. He placed first in a field of 11 competitors in the high jump
with an NCAA provisional leap of 2.03 meters. He also competed as a member
of Rowan’s second place 4x100 meter relay and the Profs’ third place 4x400
meter relay. Bowser’s performances helped propel Rowan to a third place
overall finish in the 18-team championship. |

Byrd earns NJAC Outdoor Rookie of the Week honors for
the second time this season after competing at the Collegiate Track
Conference Championships hosted by DeSales in Center Valley, PA. He placed
first in a field of 14 competitors in the long jump with an NCAA
provisional mark of 7.05 meters which represented the 13th best jump in
Division III this season. Byrd’s performance helped the Gothic Knights
place 15th overall in the 18-team championship. |
