Barnes becomes the first Gothic Knight to be named NJAC
Women’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week after competing at the
Collegiate Track Conference Championships hosted by DeSales in Center
Valley, PA. She placed first in a field of 25 competitors in the 100 meter
dash with an NCAA provisional time of 12.26 which ranked as the 10th best
in Division III this season. She also captured the CTC Championship in the
200 meters by defeating a field of 35 competitors with an NCAA provisional
time of 25.19 which ranked as the 15th best time in Division III. Barnes’
performances helped the Gothic Knights place 10th overall in the 17-team
championship meet. |

Aromando becomes the second different Osprey to earn
NJAC Women’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week honors after competing at
the Collegiate Track Conference Championships hosted by DeSales in Center
Valley, PA. She defeated a field of 16 competitors in the hammer throw
with a winning toss of 44.88 meters. She also placed eighth in a field of
19 competitors in the discus with a mark of 31.87 meters, and ninth in a
field of 25 competitors in the shot put with a toss of 10.51 meters.
Aromando, who scored 11 points for Stockton in the meet, helped propel the
Ospreys to a fourth place overall finish in the 17-team championship. |

Reiter becomes the second different Osprey to earn NJAC
Outdoor Rookie of the Week honors after competing at the Collegiate Track
Conference Championships hosted by DeSales in Center Valley, PA. She
placed first in a field of 15 competitors in the 400 meter hurdles with a
school-record time of 1:07.85. She also placed ninth in a field of 19
competitors in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 16.87. Reiter’s
performances helped spark Stockton to a fourth place finish in the 17-team
championship. |
