Barnes earns NJAC Women’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the
Week honors after traveling to College Park, MD to compete at the
University of Maryland Terrapin Invitational. She placed third in a field
of 37 competitors in the 100 meter dash with a NCAA provisional qualifying
time of 12.15. She also placed fourth in a field of 42 competitors in the
200 meters with a NCAA provisional qualifying time of 25.25. Barnes was
the top Division III finisher in both events. |

Aromando becomes the second consecutive Osprey to earn
NJAC Women’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week honors after traveling to
Chester, PA to compete at the Danny Curran Invitational hosted by Widener
University. She placed first in a field of 25 competitors in the hammer
throw with an ECAC qualifying mark of 44.18 meters. She also placed 17th
in a field of 30 competitors in the discus with a throw of 28.80 meters.
Aromando also placed 21st in a field of 29 competitors in the shot put
with a mark of 8.59 meters. |

Klemic earns NJAC Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Rookie
of the Week honors after traveling to West Point, NY to compete at the
Dick Shea Open hosted by the United States Military Academy. She placed
first in a field of 12 competitors in the 100 meter dash with a
school-record and ECAC qualifying time of 12.92. She also placed fourth in
a field of 16 competitors in the 200 meters with a school-record and ECAC
qualifying time of 26.34. Klemic also posted an eighth place finish in the
javelin with a throw of 24.53 meters. |
