Millett earns NJAC Player
honors after hitting .500 (8-for-16) with a triple, home run, 11 RBI and
eight runs scored during Rutgers-Camden's 5-1 first week of play. In the
first six contests for the Scarlet Raptors, she produced three
multiple-hit games including a 2-for-2 outing with five RBI in Camden's
9-0 blanking of Lynchburg in Salisbury University's Sea Gull Classic.
Millett concluded her first week of play this season with a .571 on-base
percentage and an .813 slugging percentage. |

Schlichtig
earns NJAC Pitcher honors after opening the season with 19 scoreless
innings of work and three victories. The 2004 NJAC Player of the Year
allowed only six hits while striking out 31 in wins over Neumann,
Lynchburg and Christopher Newport. In her season-opening victory over
Neumann, Schlichtig struck out 12 and lost a potential no-hitter by
surrendering a two-out single in the seventh inning. |

earns Rookie of the Week honors after hitting .545 (6-for-11) with two
triples and two RBI during Kean's trip to Kissimmee, FL to compete in the
Rebel Spring Games. After opening the season hitless in her first five
collegiate contests, Hedler now leads the Cougars in hitting on the season
with a .333 batting average. |

earns the first NJAC Rookie Pitcher of the Week selection after pitching
the Cougars to a 4-2 victory over St. Francis (IL) in the Rebel Spring
Games in Kissimmee, FL. She scattered eight hits and struck out four while
earning her first collegiate victory with a complete-game effort.
