Aletras becomes the second different Osprey to earn
NJAC Player of the Week honors after averaging 11.45 assists per game from
her setter position in a 4-2 week of play for Richard Stockton. She first
notched 31 assists and seven digs in a 3-0 NJAC win over William Paterson,
before tallying a double-double 30 assists and 20 digs in a 3-0
non-conference road loss at Stevens. Two days later in opening night play
of the Susquehanna Crusader Classic, she posted a double-double 50 assists
and 22 digs in a 3-1 loss to York (PA), before tallying a double-double 59
assists and 16 digs in a 3-2 win over Catholic. She wrapped up the week
with a double-double 50 kills and 19 digs in a 3-1 win over host
Susquehanna, followed by a double-double 32 assists and 11 digs in a 3-0
non-conference win over NJAC rival Rowan. Aletras was named to the
All-Tournament team for her play at the Susquehanna Classic. |

Young earns NJAC Rookie of the Week honors for the
third time this season after averaging 3.72 kills per game during the week
for Rowan. She first notched a double-double 25 kills and 20 digs in the
Profs’ 3-2 NJAC loss to Ramapo. Three nights later In the Susquehanna
Crusader Classic, she registered 10 kills and five digs in a loss to
Catholic, before tallying 16 kills and five digs in a loss to host
Susquehanna. In the final day of play at the Classic, she posted three
kills and eight digs in a loss to York (PA), before wrapping up the week
with 13 kills and seven digs in a rare non-conference loss to NJAC rival
Richard Stockton. Young was named to the All-Tournament team for her play
at the Susquehanna Classic. |
