McCormack earns NJAC Player
honors after averaging 22.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and five assists per game
in a 2-0 week for the Profs. She first tallied 22 points on 10-of-16
shooting from the field, while adding six rebounds and seven assists in
Rowan's NJAC-opening 65-49 win over TCNJ. She wrapped up the week by
notching 23 points on 9-of-14 shooting, while posting six rebounds and
three assists in the Profs' 78-65 non-conference road victory over York
(PA). McCormack currently leads the NJAC in scoring (20.8 points per game)
and ranks second in the league in assists (4.75 per game).

Cooper
earns NJAC Rookie honors after posting a double-double 14 points and 14
rebounds in her first career NJAC contest, a 62-57 win over William
Paterson. With the game tied 23-23 at the half, she tallied five points in
a 17-4 run which keyed the Cougar victory. She shot 6-of-12 from the field
and pulled down nine offensive rebounds in the process of registering her
second straight double-double. Cooper currently leads the NJAC in
rebounding with an average of 13.3 boards per game. |
