Sisti earns the first NJAC Offensive Player of the Week
selection after tallying three goals for six points in the Red Hawks two
matches at the Haverford Kickoff Classic. The 2006 NJAC Rookie of the Year
opened her sophomore season by notching MSU’s lone goal in a 3-1 opening
round loss to Lynchburg. She wrapped up the tournament by tallying both
goals in the Red Hawks’ 3-2 consolation game defeat to Arcadia. Sisti, who
moved into ninth place on the Montclair career goals list just two games
into her sophomore season, currently is tied for the conference lead in
both goals (3) and points (6). |

Groszew earns the first NJAC Defensive Player of the
Week honor after helping the Cougars post a win and a tie in their first
two matches of the season. In a 2-0 season-opening victory over St.
Joseph’s-Patchogue, she collected four saves in 76 minutes of scoreless
action. One day later, she notched three saves in 71 minutes of action in
Kean’s 3-3 draw with Muhlenberg. Groszew currently ranks second in the
NJAC in save percentage (.875). |

Demko earns the first NJAC Rookie of the Week selection
after tallying three goals for six points in the first week of her
collegiate career. She opened her freshman campaign by notching a goal in
the Roadrunners’ 3-1 road win at SUNY Purchase. One day later, she
recorded a pair of goals in Ramapo’s 12-0 road victory at Lancaster Bible.
Demko currently is tied for the conference lead in both goals (3) and
points (6). |
