Stewart earns NJAC Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week honors after capturing the individual championship at the Lebanon Valley College Invitational contested at Memorial Lake State Park in Fort Indiantown Gap, PA. He placed first in a field of 108 competitors with a winning time of 27:10 on the 8K course. Stewart’s performance, which sparked the Scarlet Raptors to a first place team finish in the 10-team meet, ranked as the 13th-best 8K time in program history.

Akhtar earns NJAC Men’s Cross Country Rookie of the Week honors for the second consecutive week after competing at the Fordham University Invitational contested at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, NY. He placed 93rd overall in a field of 233 competitors on the 8K course with a time of 29:15. The fifth fastest finisher among Division III runners, Akhtar helped propel the Ospreys to a 17th place team finish in the 22-team meet.
